Kathy Bowes is one of Powell River’s most respected top realtors.
As president of the Powell River Sunshine Coast Real Estate Board, she works hard to find great homes for her clients. With more than 12 years as a licensed realtor, Kathy has orchestrated many trouble-free transactions.

Keeping her clients informed of current market conditions is a priority. Kathy helps clients network with building inspectors, lawyers and designers and will provide those relocating from outside of Powell River with all the community contacts necessary to help them feel at home in their new community.

Kathy has lived in Powell River since 1976 and has three daughters. She is involved in many volunteer activities including: Powell River Academy of Music, Powell River Festival of the Performing Arts, Powell River Film Festival, Powell River Minor Hockey, Powell River Youth Soccer and Powell River Figure Skating Club. She is a past director of the Powell River Chamber of Commerce and past chair of the Powell River BC Ferries Advisory Committee.

Kathy believes in helping children by supporting the British Columbia Children’s Hospital Foundation with a donation from every sale. She is also a proud sponsor of the under 14 Powell River Girls Rep Soccer Team “Powell River Rage.”
